Nationally Emerging Artists–discover today’s emerging artists
There can be many stages in the development of artists’ careers. Oftentimes, artists begin by both taking classes and showing their work on a local level, perhaps in local art centers, coffee shops, or weekend art festivals. They might then move on to having a more regional profile, in which they get the opportunity to be represented by a gallery in a nearby metropolitan area or have their work accepted into larger shows. And then, at some point down what may be a long road, they find themselves emerging onto the national art scene. These are the artists we feature in the following pages—we hope you enjoy their work.
